New Zealand EPA approved fungicide fenpyrazamine

The New Zealand Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) Decision-making Committee has approved the fungicide Prolectus, which contains the active ingredient fenpyrazamine.
The application, by Sumitomo Chemical Australia, was to import Prolectus for use on commercial grape crops to treat grape mould and other fungal conditions. Prolectus contains 400g/L of fenpyrazamine, an active ingredient new to New Zealand.
