AgroPages-Beijing Nutrichem to increase capital of Yuan 68 million and to go for NEEQ listing-Agricultural news

Huapont- Nutrichem LLC recently announced a resolution passed by the stockholder’s meeting on the capital increase of its subsidiary Beijing Nutrichem. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Beijing Nutrichem will reach Yuan 678 million, and will apply for listing in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ).

One of the top management of Huapont-Nutrichem LLC said that Beijing Nutrichem’s listing in the NEEQ will help to promote the company’s brand image, perfect its motivation mechanism, maintain and attract talented people, as well as to attract more investors from broader fields to strengthen the company’s competitive edge meanwhile without any material impact to other business segments of the company or the company’s separate listing status or the company’s sustained profitability.

In 2014 Beijing Nutrichem achieved annual sales of Yuan 3.226 billion and net profit of Yuan 176 million.
