Chinese Hubei Xinyangfeng Fertilizer to build a branch in Australia

The Chinese company Hubei Xinyangfeng Fertilizer held a Board of directors on 14 June. The proposal of setting up an overseas branch was discussed and passed. According to the announcement made, the company is to set up a branch in Melbourne, Australia.
The branch will be 100% owned by the producer and is preliminarily named as Xinyangfeng (Australia) Fertilizer Pty Ltd. Xinyangfeng (Australia) is to build in particular a 50,000 mt new water-soluble fertilizer capacity, to do fertilizer trading, and to do agricultural development in Australia. The total investment of Xinyangfeng (Australia) is said to be less than US$ 50 mio.
The establishment of Xinyangfeng (Australia) still needs the approval from the Chinese government.
