Regulatory Affairs and European Southern Zone Registration Manager
Within the Europe Southern Zone Regulatory Affairs and Development Team and under the European Southern Zone Regulatory Affairs and Development Coordinator responsibility, the missions are divided into 2 main functions:
As Manager
• Be responsible for a team of 5 people (4 Registration Managers and 1 Regulatory Documents Coordinator)
• Supervise all the projects to ensure observation of deadlines and provide technical support and expertise in case of need
• Manage the workload and propose improvement of internal organisation, work tools and procedures
• Report directly to the Coordinator
• Represent the France Registration team to the other national, European and Global Registration teams
As Regulatory Affairs and European Southern zone Registration Manager
• Represent the company to the French national Crop Protection Association (UIPP) and the European Crop Protection Association (ECPA) and with the French Authorities (ANSES, Ministry of Agriculture – Food General Directorate)
• Be a backup of the Coordinator for all regulatory questions
• Be responsible for a products portfolio for which you will be in charge of preparing / reviewing the zonal registration dossiers (dRR) and submitting them to the Evaluation Authorities. Work in close relation with the European and/or Global Registration Product Managers, the European Southern zone Development team and the French Marketing team (product strategy)
• Maintain registration of existing products
• Ensure a regulatory and technical watch
Candidate profile
• Master of Science or Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Agronomy, Chemistry, Toxicology or Ecotoxicology) with at least 5 years of experience in similar functions
• Autonomous, rigorous and good organizational skills
• Good analysis capacities and ability to multi-task on several projects
• Ability to work in multicultural teams
• Fluent spoken and written English. Spoken and written French is a plus
• A first experience in management is a plus
Contract: Permanent position located in the headquarter of the French subsidiary in Sèvres (close to Paris) – Start as soon as possible.
