Arysta LifeScience’s bactericide Kasumin (Kasugamycin) recently received registration extension to 58 crops, which includes coffee, corn, and vegetable crops. For coffee, Kasumin is a preventive option in rainy period when the occurrence of diseases tends to intensify. This product penetrates into the plant and protects the crop longer. Having rapid absorption, the product is an excellent option to combat bacterial Halo Blight (Pseudomonas syringae pv. Garcae) and Cercospora leaf spot (Cercospora coffeicola Berk & Cook). In the corn crop, Kasumin has excellent performance in the control of stem rot, ensuring uniformity of plants and productivity. Other diverse crops benefited from this registration mostly are vegetable crops, which need different products.
Arysta has received the approval of Kasumin from US and Canada.
