Brian Ahrens Joins Marrone Bio Innovations as VP of Sales

Marrone Bio Innovations announced that Brian Ahrens has joined the company as its Vice President of Sales. In this role, Ahrens will be responsible for driving U.S. and international sales of MBI’s portfolio of products to growers through distributors and retailers of agriculture products.
A veteran of the agriculture industry with 20 years of business and industry experience, Ahrens joins MBI from ADAMA Agriculture Solutions (formerly Mahkteshium Agan – MANA) where he served as Strategic Business Leader, Innovation Leader, Northern Regional Business Manager and Senior Product Manager. Prior to his time at ADAMA, Ahrens held multiple positions with BASF Corporation, Bayer CropScience, Aventis CropScience and Rhône-Poulenc Ag Company. Ahrens has a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University, with a concentration in marketing and sales.
