Arysta debuts feed attractant Noctovi in Brazil

Arysta LifeScience introduced Noctovi - the first intelligent feed attractant for the control of moths. The product is formulated on the base of volatile substances and sugars, which attract moths up to 50 meters away from the site of application. When integrated with insecticide, it reduces the generation of caterpillars. Noctovi is an alternative tool for insecticides resistance and GMO Bt technologies of several crops, including soybeans, cotton, tomatoes, citrus, and kidney beans.
"Noctovi is attractive for the major moth species such as sdopteras, plusias and Helicoverpa. The product is able to attract moths in very few minutes, reducing the caterpillar attacks without causing any damage to the crop," said Sérgio Chidi, product and market manager of Arysta LifeScience.
Noctovi is to be sold under the company’s product line of Green Passport (Passaporte Verde). This line follows the sustainable concept of the company, where the products respect the environment and offer more safety to applicators and animals, high selectivity, zero residue and the same efficiency as conventional products.
