Bayer’s herbicide Tribute Total registered in California

Bayer’s Environmental Science division, announced Tribute® Total (foramsulfuron, thiencarbazone-methyl, halosulfuron-methyl) is approved for use in California. Tribute Total is a post-emergent herbicide that delivers broad spectrum control in one complete solution to help lawn care professionals and golf course superintendents selectively remove the most troublesome grassy and broadleaf weeds, sedges and kyllingas.
“Turf managers in California face pressure throughout the growing season from difficult-to-control weeds,” said Jeff Michel, herbicides business manager for Bayer’s professional turf and ornamentals business. “Tribute Total helps them save time and money by delivering greater overall weed control without the need to tank mix multiple products.”
Approved for use in bermudagrass and zoysiagrass, Tribute Total is effective against 55 grassy and broadleaf weeds, including dallisgrass, goosegrass and clumpy rye. This helps superintendents and lawn care professionals better manage their labor input by eliminating the need for multiple products.
