A glufosinate formulation received China registration

China-based company Shandong Qingdao Nonguan Agchem Co. recently received national registration for its glufosinate formulation products (20% glufosinate and fluoroglycofen-ethyl in oil dispertion). Being the first registration of this formulation among Chinese agchem companies, this formulation technology currently is a global initiative.
The mixture of glufosinate and fluoroglycofen-ethyl not only has synergistic effect, but also can greatly broad the control spectrum. With two different modes of actions, this formulation can effectively delay the emergence of resistant weeds, as well as prolong the life of herbicide product. The registration is valid until September of 2015.
