MBI announces resignation of Chief Operating Officer

Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. announced that Hector Absi, Chief Operating Officer, has notified the Company of his resignation for personal reasons, effective as of August 22, 2014.
Mr. Absi has agreed to remain with the Company as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition. Efforts to initiate a search for a successor are underway.
