Philippine Banana Plantation Delegations Visit SULI Chemical

The Philippine Banana Plantation Delegation recently visited Chinese company Jiangyin Suli Chemical Co. Ltd for fungicide Sulonil (Chlorothalonil, called Deacon in Philippine) production line, as well as its storage and logistics system, quality control center and R & D lab in formulation. The delegation members spoke highly of SULI’s development strategy, which is developping formulation products based on the target markets to improve the product’s using efficiency.
SULI’s President and General Manager Mrs Miao Jinfeng briefly introduced SULI’s three professional production sites, including Jiangyin Suli Chemical Co., Ltd, Taizhou Bailly Chemical Co., Ltd and Suli Pharmaceutical Technology (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd. She also introduced SULI’s core agrochemical products Sulonil (Chlorothalonil and its formulations), Amidofa (Azoxystrobin and its formulations), both of which has taken the leading position worldwide in production capacity, quality, industrial chain advantage, formulation diversity and the global registration support.
SULI Marketing Director Mr. Sun Haifeng introduced SULI’S new product Firstar to the delegation, which has been registered. According to the Suli’s test results and other relevant documents, Firstar has outstanding control efficiency on Banana sigatoka disease. And SULI will carry out a close exchange with Philippine cooperative partners on Firstar’s registration work.
The COO of Marsman Drysdale Plantation, Mr. Mario Abejuela stated the long history of banana plantation in Philippine, which is now the largest banana export country in Asia. Its banana plantation management is in a leading position all around the world. He mentioned that as for the pesticide application, among the protective fungicide products, Chlorothalonil is the first choice for sigatoka control. And he spoke highly of Deacon’s efficiency in Philippine’s sigatoka disease control.
