Dow AgroSciences Acquires Advantage Wheats

Dow AgroSciences recently announced that it is now the full owner of Advantage Wheats Pty Ltd. In 2011, Dow AgroSciences had made a major investment in the company and has now acquired the remaining shares from CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific & Industrial Research Organization) and Landmark Operations Limited.

The acquisition is part of the company’s strategy to become a key player in wheat in Australia and around the world. Dow AgroSciences will continue to work with CSIRO on breeding and Landmark for seed production and promotion.
