Isagro USA and Gowan USA announce new distribution agreement

Isagro USA and Gowan USA jointly announced recently that, following Gowan Co. acquisition of a 49% share in BASJES Holding, a company ultimately controlling ISAGRO S.p.A., starting January 1st, 2014, Gowan USA will take over the distribution of certain strategic products from Isagro USA.

The distribution agreement will initially include the following products: BADGE® X2, BADGE® SC, KENTAN® DF, METTLE®, EMINENT® TENET®, SIAPTON®, and registration pending AFFIANCETM. Isagro USA will continue to manage the registration, development and supply chain of all Isagro’s proprietary products as well as the marketing and distribution of the recent US EPA approved bio‐fumigant, DOMINUSTM and the bio‐products ASSENTTM and BIO‐TAM®. In addition, for DOMINUS, Isagro USA will have the global responsibility for development, registration, marketing, supply chain and commercialization.
