Fine Americas names sales manager for its Pacific Northwest region

Fine Americas, Inc. (Fine), a leading manufacturer and marketer of plant growth regulators(PGRs), announced the appointment of Rich Rasmussen as sales manager for the Pacific Northwest region.

Based in Selah, WA, Rasmussen will be working closely with Fine's distributors to strengthen the company's position in the ornamental and agricultural markets. He will also assist with the promotion of Fine's current product line, while supporting the introduction and development of new products.

"His 16 years of agricultural sales experience, together with his wealth of industry knowledge, will be invaluable to our sales and marketing operations. Rich will also enhance the level of service provided to our key customers in the region."

Prior to Fine, Rasmussen was a Pacific Northwest technical representative for Bio-Safe Systems in its agriculture/turf and ornamental division. He graduated from Washington State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business.
