AgroPages-EU Commission approves eight substances as biocidal actives-Agricultural news

On 25 October 2013, European Commission announced the approvals for 8 substances as an existing active substance for use in biocidal products.They are: bromoacetic acid, copper sulphate pentahydrate, aluminium phosphide, benzoic acid, etofenprox, 3-iodo-2-propynylbutylcarbamate, tebuconazole, nonanoic acid.Most of the approval dates are 1 July 2015,only nonanoic acid is 1 October 2015.The details are as follow:
