FMC releases Display™ Cotton Harvest Aid for U.S. cotton growers

Growers live by the weather, but cotton growers know the frustration in forfeiting their preharvest investment to a few degrees’ change on the thermometer. Outguessing Mother Nature is no way to manage defoliation; Display™ Cotton Harvest Aid from FMC Agricultural Solutions puts cotton growers in charge of their preharvest schedule.

While cool weather and temperature fluctuations limit the effectiveness of most harvest aids, Display removes leaves and controls harvest-time weeds across a broad temperature range. One pass is often enough for complete defoliation, giving growers greater freedom to set their harvest timeline with no need to switch products mid-season.

Display also helps improve preharvest ease and quality. Its gentler action removes leaves quickly and with less plant desiccation, leaving little or no leaf stick. Reduced field trash means less green stain and higher value for harvested cotton. The minimal odor, low use rate formulation of Display allows growers to mix less than an ounce of harvest aid per acre, rather than pints.
