BASF completes integration of Becker Underwood

BASF has announced that it has completed the integration of Becker Underwood, after the acquisition of Becker Underwood late last year. Becker Underwood's portfolio of products is assimilated into the BASF product portfolio, providing the industries served by the BASF Specialty Products Department a broader range of innovative solutions.

To ensure a seamless transition, BASF is working closely with its customers to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Products formerly sold under the Becker Underwood brand will continue to be offered to new and existing customers.
