The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) announced to approve the registration of 6 active ingredients on Jul 30, 2013, including 2 herbicides,2 fungicides and 2 insecticides.
Most of the products are manufactured by Chinese companies, they are: Hangzhou Udragon Chemical’ fungicide: penconazole, Shandong United Pesticide Industry’s insecticide: imidacloprid, Jiangsu Agrochem Laboratory and TrustChem’s herbicides: flumetsulam and triclopyr butoxyethyl ester.
Moreover, APVMA announced to approve registration of fungicide myclobutanil on Jul 16, 2013 (Gazette No. 14), which was manufactured by Chinese company Jiangsu Fengdeng Pesticide,and the registration holder is Melpat International.
