FMC Agricultural Products has promoted Matt Hancock to product manager as part of the North America marketing team. In his new position, Hancock will lead strategic efforts in Southern markets, including providing marketing support and direction for the regional sales team and acting as the point of contact for crop protection products in rice and cotton.
"Matt is a great fit for this position. He has brought success to each of his previous roles within FMC," said Aaron Locker, FMC Agricultural Products North America marketing director. "We are impressed with the work he has done recently in the Eastern states and excited to work with him to bring that success to the South."
A Masters of Business Administration graduate of Sam Houston State University, Hancock joined FMC in 2011 with more than 15 years of marketing experience in the turf and ornamental, and structural pest control industries. Most recently, Hancock served two years as FMC retail market manager in the Carolinas. He will be based out of Philadelphia and begin on July 15.
