India approved 5 pesticide technicals registrations in June 2013

The Indian Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee (CIBRC) has approved the registration of 5 pesticide technicals at the meeting of the Registration Committee in July 04, 2013, including 3 insecticides,1 herbicide and 1 plant growth regulator (PGR). For registration type, 4 product registrations belong to the 9 (4)-"Me-Too” registration, only 1 product is the 9 (3) registration.

This is a permanent registration and does not require any renewal. 9(4) registrations: This is Me-too registration for indigenous manufacture of technical grade pesticide and formulations and import of pesticides from already registered source.
