Performance and Access to Meet the Moment

In 2024, Pivot Bio's PROVEN 40 microbes delivered notable results for American farmers:

• Yield parity maintained with 37+ pounds per acre nitrogen reduction across 172 fields in 97 counties in 20 states (the typical U.S. corn farmer might use 160-200 pounds of synthetic nitrogen per acre)

• 16% improvement in nitrogen-use efficiency compared to traditional fertilizer

• 25% price reduction combined with 0% financing to enhance farmer purchasing power. Making it cheaper than traditional fertilizer.

• Nearly 500 new retail locations, which expanded farmer access to our products through trusted, local suppliers. Market Expansion 

The company expanded beyond corn and small grains with CERT-N™, the first gene-edited nitrogen-fixing product for cotton. It replaces 20% of synthetic nitrogen while increasing lint yield by 50 pounds per acre – resulting in a 200% ROI in its first year.

Measurable Impact Since 2022 

Since 2022, growers using Pivot Bio products have achieved remarkable results equivalent to avoiding emissions from 3.4 gas-fired power plants for one year, 7,200 rail cars of coal, or 270,000 homes' annual electricity use.
