PI Industries reported a 10.6% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated net profit to ₹330.5 crore for the January-March quarter of the financial year 2025, compared to ₹369.5 crore in Q4FY24. Despite the profit dip, the agri-science major saw a 2.6% increase in revenue, rising to ₹1,787 crore from ₹1,741 crore YoY.
On the operational front, the company’s EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization) grew by 3.1% to ₹455.5 crore in Q4FY25, up from ₹441.9 crore in the same period last year. The EBITDA margin remained stable at 25.5%, showing a slight improvement from 25.4% in Q4FY24.
PI Industries declares ₹10 final dividend per share for FY2024-25
PI Industries has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share (1000%) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹6 per share already paid, bringing the total dividend for FY 2024-25 to ₹16 per share. If approved, the dividend will be credited or dispatched to shareholders within 30 days of the AGM.
