Chinese pesticide firm Lanfeng Bio-chemical listed in SSE

Lanfeng is a large company in China mainly engages in production of technical and formulation products of insecticides, fungicides and herbicides. Taking phosgene as raw material, its superiority products including thiophanate-methyl, carbendazol, hexazinoe and benomyl.
The company is to offer 19 million shares, representing 25.68 percent of its total issued share capital. The raised 540 million Yuan is to fund Lanfeng’s production projects: the technical upgrading of the 8,000 ton per year’s acephate facilities; the upgrading and the relocation project of 800 ton per year’s cypermethrin,1000tonper year’s permethrin, 50ton/per year’s lambda-cyhalothrin, the construction project of 4000 ton per year’s diuron technical.
