On June 3, Nufarm Americas Inc. announced that Tracy Rich has been appointed Vice President, Customer & Brand Marketing.

Tracy’s experience spans more than 20 years of strategic brand marketing within both corporate marketing and ad agency settings, most recently as Director of Communications at Nufarm where she led brand and communications in North America. At Nufarm, Tracy has advanced Nufarm’s position as a partner for growth in the crop protection industry, guiding several key initiatives from the integration of enriched customer communications to the launch of several new innovative solutions and Nufarm’s newest manufacturing plant in Greenville, MS.

Prior to joining the Nufarm team, Tracy served as Strategy Director for Nufarm’s marcom agency. She has been a director and brand strategist at various agencies, consulting top agricultural, manufacturing, health care and biopharmaceutical companies, as well as a Marketing Director at Campbell Alliance (now Syneos Health) and its subsidiary learning and market research companies.

“Nufarm’s growing significantly in North America and that’s thanks in part to Tracy’s ability to lead marketing and communications that are highly aligned to our strategy, and that deliver results,” said Brendan Deck, Nufarm’s General Manager – North America. “Results for Nufarm mean results for growers and our ag supply customers, and Tracy will play a key role in driving this success.”

As Nufarm continues its growth across North America, the company is committed to bringing innovation and choice to the ag supply channel, delivering reliable foundational and proprietary solutions from three state-of-the-art US manufacturing facilities.
