China Green Agriculture launched two new fertilizer products and retained nine new distributors in 2015

China Green Agriculture is a public company listed in the New York Stock Exchange with the ticker of CGA. It is registered in the state of Nevada with its main operations in the People’s Republic of China. Its principle operations are conducted through its PRC subsidiary Green Agriculture Holding Corporation., Ltd which produces and distributes humic acid liquid compound fertilizer throughout 27 provinces in China. The company owns and operates two R&D centers: Jintai with 137,000 square meters and Yuxing with 353,000 square meters. Furthermore, it owns two fertilizer manufacturing bases: Jinong and Gufeng with the annual capacity of 355,000 metric tons.
