New natural pesticide made from chili peppers developed by Mexican startup

Capsaicinoids have several industrial applications:

- Coatings (antifouling marine paintings or rodent repellent in cable coatings and plastics),
- Pharmaceutical (analgesic creams),
- Others such as food (pre-processed food and condiments), safety (pepper spray).
