Canada approval for Dupont's insecticide seed treatment lumiderm

DuPont Lumiderm insecticide is a new seed treatment product for canola growers. Lumiderm contains the active ingredient cyantraniliprole, a novel Group 28, anthranilic diamide insecticide that provides superior control of early season flea beetles (striped and crucifer) and cutworms.
Lumiderm has excellent seed safety and is a strong tool for Integrated Pest Management programs. Due to its unique new mode of action, Lumiderm gets canola seedlings off to a strong start and creates an opportunity for improved yield by providing powerful residual control throughout the early critical stages of seedling growth.
