Jondle & Associates, P.C. (J&A), a Castle Rock, Colorado based legal team with a robust plant sciences background and over 30 years legal expertise in plant genetics, plant breeding, biotechnology and molecular biology — including plant protection, patent and trademark matters—has merged with Swanson & Bratschun, L.L.C. (S&B) featuring one the premiere life-sciences patent practices in the nation. This merger creates the "Jondle Plant Sciences Division" —a new division within S&B focusing solely on plant science legal work.

Robert Jondle Ph.D., Esq. has been named Partner and Head of the Jondle Plant Sciences Division of S&B. Dr. Jondle has built an outstanding reputation in worldwide plant protection matters. “My relationship with Swanson dates back to 2002, and I’ve always had a great deal of respect for the expertise and commitment of its professionals. We will continue to work collaboratively to expand our presence in the important field of plant sciences,” said Dr. Jondle.

The merger of J&A with S&B results in a rich synergy of resources, as well as the combined legal power of 15 patent & trademark attorneys and agents; 9 of these with Ph.D.s and 3 with Master’s degrees in various fields of science ranging from plant genetics, plant breeding, molecular biology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, pharmacology, and organic chemistry and others with degrees or extensive experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, material science, photonics and computer hardware and software.

Robert Jondle is looking forward to continuing to focus on addressing the individual needs of his clients, as well as the timely and ever evolving matters of plant protection worldwide.
