AgraQuest names new Director of Key Accounts

AgraQuest, Inc. announced today that Bruce Odens has joined the company as Director of Key Accounts, NAFTA.

In this newly created role, Odens will work with AgraQuest's distribution channel partners to develop strategies and tactics that support sales and marketing objectives to increase AgraQuest's North American market share.

Odens is a skilled ag-chem professional with more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and program management of agrichemicals and seeds. Most recently, Odens served as a marketing manager for Syngenta Crop Protection, focusing on the growth of crop protection products and the integration of seed, seed care and crop protection tools in the Pacific Northwest.

"We are very excited about the depth of experience Bruce brings to our company," said Cesar Lamonega, AgraQuest's Senior VP of Sales. "With our portfolio of exciting biopesticide products and the new tools we intend to introduce to the market in the next five years, Bruce will be focused on optimizing sales and new product launches through our channel partners."

Odens joins AgraQuest during a period of rapid growth and will focus his efforts on expanding BALLAD Plus fungicide in row crops and REQUIEM insecticide for sucking pests. Odens will also apply his extensive background in potatoes and tomatoes to increase the velocity of growth of SERENADE SOIL fungicide, which was introduced last year.

Odens received his bachelor's degree in business from Northern State University in South Dakota. Bruce will be based out of the company's headquarters in Davis, California.
