AgroPages-NOFLY biological insecticide received EPA registration-Agricultural news

NoFly biological insecticide from Natural Industries Inc. has received EPA registration and is approved for use in greenhouse production for ornamental crops. It will control whiteflies, aphids and thrips. NoFly is formulated with the spores of the Paecilomyces fumosoroseus strain FE 9901. This beneficial microorganism is a naturally occurring fungus and a common pathogen to insect pests. It can be applied at all life stages of the pest with a rapid infection cycle. NoFly does not target beneficial insects and is compatible with many synthetic and natural insecticides.
