Quality Plus Manufacturing markets a seed treatment system for applying insecticides, fungicides and inoculants in a single process. This system allows growers to adjust treatments and total acres during planting and avoid the losses associated with leftover pretreated seed.

The 800 series system works with either bulk or bagged seed, easily holding 50 units of soybeans. A holding hopper permits pre-staging, and on-demand automation allows growers to treat up to 100 units without stopping, resulting in an hourly treatment rate of 1,000 units.
