Recently, the environmental impact assessment of Weifang Xinlu Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Luba, pertaining to an annual 4,000-ton diquat technical project was published on the local government website.
Xinlu Chemical will spend RMB145.86 million on building a new annual 4,000-ton diquat technical production plant in the Weifang Binhai Chemical Industrial Park, utilizing existing workshop and utilities, which will achieve a new capacity of 4,000 tons of diquat.
