Tradecorp reorganises its sales structure in France to gain a stronger foothold in the market

Over the last two months, Tradecorp has strengthened its foothold in France to better meet the needs of its customers, adapt to new market situations and stimulate growth in the country. As a result of this expansion strategy, three new sales representatives have joined the Tradecorp team in France.

Growth ambitions for the coming years

These new hires are the first steps in Tradecorp's Strategic Growth Plan for the next 3-5 years and mean not only an expansion of the team, but also better organisation of its geographical sales areas so it can provide greater support to distributors, opinion leaders and growers.

Remi Lacaille, who was appointed as the new Director of Tradecorp France last October, believes that the investment made to support and accompany our partners will strengthen Tradecorp’s development in France, which is a strategic market for the Rovensa Group.

"This new organisation is excellent news for me! As the new Director of Tradecorp France, I am delighted to be able to contribute, alongside our strategic customers, to the development of our Biostimulants and Specialty Nutrition solutions in France. With these three new appointments as the first step to growing our resources in the field, we are confident that we will be able to expand the deployment of our product range with existing and new clients”.

The new structure in France

The three new sales representatives members of staff will be in charge of building contacts with local and regional technical opinion leaders, developing Tradecorp’s brands, negotiating the range with the agricultural distribution sector and finally deploying the firm’s new commercial strategy in their respective regions.

Sophie Talal is joining the North East region. Sophie has several years of sales experience in the industry and was a Sales Representative and Agronomy Manager for the Northern region at Biovitis.

Audrey Pernet is also joining the North East region. Audrey brings with her several years of experience as a technical salesperson at Sonofep.

Olivier Brault will be joining the Western region. With 26 years of experience in the field, Olivier was formerly the Technical and Sales Manager at Granéo.
