AgroPages-Tuoqiu Agrochemical to launch subsidiary to produce fipronil and prochloraz-Agricultural news

On March 30, Chinese agrochemical company Jiangsu Tuoqiu Agrochemical Ltd announced an investment of Yuan20 million using its own funds to launch a wholly-owned subsidiary, Tuoqiu Biotechnology (Lanzhou) Co. Ltd, to increase its production capacity and enhance the business strength of the company.

The new capacity of the subsidiary includes: 800-ton fipronil, 1,500-ton prochloraz, 600-ton oxadiazon, 500-ton bromothalonil and 2,000-ton paclobutrazole.

Tuoqiu Agrochemical said that the company's investment in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary was a decision made after considering the development of the company in the long run. This investment will further enhance the company's comprehensive business strength and core competitiveness, which will cultivate a new source of growth for the company and will be of great significance to the company's future development.
