AgroPages-28 types of pesticides recommended by Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for fall armyworm control-Agricultural news

Recently, the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs released a recommended list of pesticides for the emergent prevention and control of fall armyworm, which was assessed by an expert group and based on a fall armyworm prevention and control investigation conducted in China in 2019.

1. Single Agent (8):

Emamectin benzoate, indoxacarb, tetrachlorantraniliprole, chlorantraniliprole, lufenuron, chlorfenapyr, spinetoram and flubendiamide.

2. Biological agent (6):

MbMNPV, agritol, metarhizium anisopliae, beauveria bassiana, empedobacter brevis and grass moth attractant.

3. Mixture agent (14):

Emamectin benzoate+indoxacarb

emamectin benzoate+hexaflumuron

emamectin benzoate+lambda-cyhalothrin

emamectin benzoate+chlorfenapyr

emamectin benzoate+lufenuron

emamectin benzoate+tebufenozide

chlorantraniliprole+lambda-cyhalothrin

diflubenzuron+lambda-cyhalothrin

hexaflumuron+hgindoxacarb

emamectin benzoate+methoxyfenozide

chlorantraniliprole+abamectin
