India CIBRC 412nd meeting: 9 TC and 5 Formulation products registrations got approved

The Indian Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee (CIBRC) approved 9 registrations of pesticide technical and 5 formulations at the meeting of the Registration Committee on Dec. 18th, 2019, including 4 herbicides, 1 acaricide, 5 fungicides and 4 bio-pesticides.
For registration type, 4 bio-pesticides products got 9(3b) extension of validity period of provisional certificate of registration. The rest pesticides are under Section 9(4).
The details are as follows:
9 (3)*: registration only for export, belongs to 9(3) registrations
9(3) registrations: This guideline is for registering a new pesticide (technical grade or formulation) or registering a new import source of technical grade pesticide or first time indigenous manufacture of technical grade pesticide or formulation. This is a permanent registration and does not require any renewal.
9(4) registrations: This is Me-too registration for indigenous manufacture of technical grade pesticide and formulations and import of pesticides from already registered source.
