CRD Advisors LLC Acquires RFS Global

CRD Advisors, LLC (CRD) is pleased to announce its acquisition of R. Foley Services LLC d/b/a RFS Global of Brookings, South Dakota. The two companies have a long history of working together, with CRD providing subcontracted field-testing services for RFS Global’s customers. RFS Global President, Robert Foley, will work with CRD through spring 2020 to ensure a smooth transition of its trial management services.

The RFS Global footprint is a natural extension and complement to CRD’s business offerings according to CRD General Manager, Fred Wilz. “The project management, client reach, and field-testing platform by RFS Global are a perfect fit to the field services CRD Advisors already offers. Having worked with RFS over the past few years gives us a solid base as we further introduce our plans going forward.”

“RFS transitioning into CRD will bring an enhanced service to RFS customers,” comments Foley. “CRD’s operations will bring efficiency to trial management and will enhance the ability to support customers and testing cooperators across the country beyond CRD’s focus area.”

CRD Advisors, LLC began in 2001 as an independently-owned agricultural research and development company specializing in providing field research services related to product development.

It is headquartered near Ames, IA., and operates additional field research and corn breeding stations near Springfield, IL and Sleepy Eye, MN, with access to additional testing sites throughout the Midwest.
