In recent years, SINOAGRO has taken a different development path from that of most domestic competitors by giving priority to the exportation of pesticide formulations and attaching greater importance to the differentiation of products, which specifically refers to the efficacy differentiation of conventional products and market differentiation of non-conventional ones, efficiently avoiding product homogenization and getting around disordered, malicious market competition. SINOAGRO also pursues differentiated product efficacy and formulas for better quality, making every effort to satisfy the customers with varied demands. The Company has launched a number of featured products with unique formulas, as well as several novel combinations. By advantage of the Company’s targeted R&D efforts, some of its products even showed higher efficacy than those of multinational companies. These products have also been favored by the distributors and farmers in the Philippines, Indonesia and other markets, becoming a named brand locally and even widely known in neighboring countries.
SINOAGRO's production plant covers an area of 38,000 m2, with the workshops occupying 5,000 m2, and warehouses 5,000 m2. The plant is equipped with 2 powder jet mills, as well as 4 automatic liquid filling lines and 6 automatic powder filling lines for automated production of insecticides, acaricides, fungicides, herbicides, PRGs and hundreds of other products. The Company is also actively engaged in the research and development of new environment-friendly formulations like ME, EW, SC, ULV, AS, WG, etc. On account of quality assurance, the Company applies strict inspection upon all materials and packaging coming in and out the plant, and uses a variety of sophisticated testing equipment for level-by-level product inspections against qualified products in different stages of production process and for proper packaging of all products.
SINOAGRO continuously steps up the partnership with domestic R&D institutions and keeps R&D in new products and formulas. The Company also seeks better communication with target markets and customers, so as to identify the weakpoints and demands of the market and optimize product quality in a sustainable way.
SINOAGRO always lays stress on the investment in product registration. In the context that both China and many other countries are implementing increasingly stringent laws, regulations and policies regarding product registration, the Company adjusts its registration efforts accordingly to adapt to these changes, invests on GLP studies based on reasonable plans, and makes efforts to optimize its own registration team. The registration team members keep learning to improve their professional skills, communicate and collaborate closely with the marketing staff members, actively pursue the opportunities to go to market for reaching target customers and understanding their expectations, and proactively use their expertise to provide tailored solutions to growers. So far the Company has realized market segmentation, with specially designated persons being responsible for specific market segments, further guaranteeing service excellence offered to customers. The Company has also acquired more than 1,000 registrations for its products in dozens of countries around the world, which to a certain extent assures the Company's market operation capability. “Reasonable layout and registration first” is always one of the Company’s marketing strategies.
The Company will always keep making innovations by further intensifying research and development of core products, exploring and developing new products and new formulations, seeking new distribution channels in overseas markets, with the aim to go further jointly with partners and become an expert in the industry.
