AgroPages-APC Jordan and Sinochem Macao agree to potash supplies from 2011 to 2013-Agricultural news

The Arab Potash Company (APC) and Sinochem Fertilizer Macao Commercial Offshore Limited Corporation have agreed to a long term Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) detailing the supplies of Potash into China for 2011 to 2013.

This comes as a continuation of the long established partnership between the two companies since the early nineteen eighties. It also demonstrates APC’s commitment to supply this important customer and partner with its Potash needs to supplement agricultural production & efficiency.

The quantity agreed in the MOU is 1.8 million MT for the coming 3 years, including some optional tonnage.

The MOU appoints Sinofert as the exclusive channel for all sales of MOP from APC.

The two parties will review the prices on a semiannual basis.
