Dextra International, Grant Thornton signed joint alliance agreement to provide M&As service

Grant Thornton, global accounting & financial advisory firm ranked #6, and Dextra International, a leading Strategic Consultancy firm specialized in the Nutrition & Crop Protection Industry, with operations running in over 35 countries, have come to an agreement to unite forces and provide an AG integrated Mergers & Acquisitions service to their international clients.
The AG Industry activity is on the rise and the landscape is changing, which makes farming a more attractive sector for deal professionals. Some of the current trends that are creating opportunity include generational change (openness to investment), openness to selling, surge in ag-specific capital and vertically integrated operations.
