Earth Science Laboratories' division for agriculture and aquaculture is growing. The company's Agriculture Division is currently conducting field trials, collecting data and launching new products. In response to this growth and an increased demand for distribution, ESL has added new personnel with deep experience in agronomy and horticulture.

ESL currently provides solutions for algae, bacteria, pest control, fungal infestations, drip irrigation and advanced micronutrients. Field trials of new products are underway across the U.S. The addition of Regional Managers Sid Chambers and Jerry Nance marks another key milestone.

"Our product line has grown five-fold since I started over a year ago," said Business Manager, Tim Ford. "We brought on Sid and Jerry to help ensure that our customers and distributors continue to have outstanding experiences as we bring new products to market. These guys have an incredible store of knowledge about plants, insects and diseases."

Chambers grew up in Burkburnett, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in entomology. He previously served as a Commercial Horticulture Specialist for Chemlawn and Regional Manager for ADAPCO, a global leader in mosquito control solutions. He will oversee the company's ag operations in the western U.S.

"I really enjoy helping customers solve problems," said Chambers. "Now that I am with ESL, I will have powerful, proprietary chemistry to offer as a solution. That's exciting!"

Nance brings over 40 years of experience and keen technical knowledge to his new position as Regional Manager for ESL's eastern U.S. territory. He formerly served as Territory Manager for Dow AgroSciences. For nearly two decades he helped Florida vegetable and citrus farmers maintain high-value crops. His many awards and accolades include an EPA Achievement award and the Dow Pinnacle Award for Sales Excellence.

"Sid and Jerry are industry veterans with proven track records," said ESL CEO David Nicholas. Their expertise in weed and pest control will really help us get our chemistry to people who need it. We're thrilled to have them on board"
