Russia may restrict Brazil soybean imports

Russia's government has told Brazil it may restrict soybean imports from the country temporarily if producers do not reduce their volume of pesticide use, especially of products using glyphosate, Brazil's Agriculture Ministry said on last Friday.
Brazilian soybean exports to Russia totaled 1 million tonnes last year - a fraction of the 84 million tonnes exported by the country overall.
