Cytozyme names Carlos Fernando Moreno as new Business Manager for Andean Region of South Americaqrcode

Cytozyme announced Carlos Fernando Moreno as the new Business Manager for the Andean region of South America. Moreno is responsible for leading Cytozyme’s marketing initiatives in the region, developing new and existing channels and distribution partners, as well as managing regional talent.

With nearly 20 years of experience in agronomic sales, Moreno specializes in creating, planning and implementing marketing strategies that propel companies forward. Moreno brings a wealth of knowledge in the development, registration and marketing of crop and seed protection products that will expand Cytozyme’s business in the Andean Region.
 
“Fernando’s skills and expertise will bring critical growth to an important region to Cytozyme,” said Francisco Manzano, managing director of sales and marketing at Cytozyme. "We're thrilled to have him on board as we continue to strategically place our products and increase our business in South America. We're confident that he will play a key role in creating immediate awareness among Andean growers and beyond." 
 
Moreno comes to Cytozyme after recently serving as the marketing manager for a German-based company in Colombia. Prior to, Moreno was the crop manager for one of the largest global crop protection companies in the world, overseeing the cultivation of rice and integration of seed, biological and crop protection portfolios. In this position, Moreno led his team to an increase of product placement by 38 percent in the Andean region.
