CABB creates COO function in Custom Manufacturing

Fine chemicals producer CABB Group is creating a Chief Operating Officer (COO) function for its custom manufacturing sites in Pratteln (Switzerland) and Kokkola (Finland) as of July 2, 2018. This role will be filled by Jan Pranger, 59, who will also assume the position of Site Manager for Pratteln.

Jan Pranger has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of production, HSEQ and infrastructure. A chemical engineer, he joins the company from AkzoNobel, where he was responsible for five sites in Belgium, India, Italy and the Netherlands and was also in charge of the operational excellence program. At CABB, he will be a member of the Group Management Committee and report to the CEO.
