Adjuvant taxation in Brazil

Adjuvants are no longer considered as pesticide by Ministry of Agriculture in Brazil. All registrations and ongoing submissions were canceled.
What about taxation? Dr. Camila Machado de Assunção, LLM, from Andrade, Foz Advogados, shall make a presentation in the 11th Brazil AgrochemShow to discuss an analysis of the consequences of recent regulation changes to the taxation of adjuvants and major problems related thereto. Analysis of a case study of adjuvant taxation, identifying critical issues in the determination of the applicable taxation.
The event organized by AllierBrasil and CCPIT shall be on August 7th and 8th, in São Paulo, Brazil.
