Jacto has launched side sprayer Jacto PJM for the Brazilian market at the Expodireto Cotrijal 2018. According to the maker, among its differentials, the product has a high capacity hydraulic pump and a four-stroke engine that allows the use of fuel without a previous mixture.

“We are introducing a practical and simple operation tool that is very efficient for the control of plagues on crops in regions with difficult mechanization, such as mountain coffee fields or dense plantations,” Carlos Daniel Haushahn, general-director of the mobile equipment division at Jacto, explained.

The empty Jacto PJM weighs 10.5 kg, with a capacity for 20 litres of pesticide and a high-resistance chemical tank. It is composed of two ceramic nozzles that bring durability and excellent quality spraying. It has the adjusted pressure of up to 360 psi and the flow rate of a maximum of six litres per minute. The technical nozzle guarantees higher production and quality on application of the product for crop protection.

With an ergonomic design, it has cushioned belts for shoulder and back protection, shrinking the weight at the back of the operation, with greater comfort during spraying. It is a safe equipment, comfortable and easy to maintain, and there will be post-sale parts replacement throughout its use.

Due to logistical complexity, development, and commercialization of mobile products in comparison with automotive or tractor pushed sprayers, Jacto created its division of mobile products in 2012 to better attend to the necessities of different audiences. It was named Jacto Farm Solutions.

Since then, the product portfolio has grown, offering manual side sprayers, as well as automatic and pruners with a high level of quality and technology. These products attend to rural producers with small properties, as well as big property areas with few possibilities of mechanization.
