Huapont Life Sciences to raise Yuan900 million for azoxystrobin and mesotrione projects

ChinaRecently Huapont Life Sciences Ltd issued a private placement for fundraising of Yuan900 million for the establishment of an annual 600-ton azoxystrobin, 900-ton sulcotrione/mesotrione and 3,500-ton pesticide formulations capacity.
The details are as follows:
• Yuan300 million on a New R&D Base.
• Yuan280 million on 600-ton azoxystrobin, 900-ton sulcotrione/mesotrione and 3,500-ton pesticide formulations capacity.
• Yuan150 million on acquisition of the 100% share of Sichuan Med.Shine.
• Yuan155.262993 million on working capital replenishment.
