China’s Zibo City publishes list of producers operating during non-peak period of winter 2017

It was pointed out in the notice that pesticide enterprises using organic solvents during production shall suspend production due to their discharge of VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Enterprises that have to produce shall apply for provincial government approval before the end of Sept.; if their applications are not approved, their production shall be suspended.
