Indiana's Dicamba Restricted Use Pesticide rule will be effective December 1, 2017

The Office of Indiana State Chemist announced that Indiana's Dicamba Restricted Use Pesticide rule will be effective December 1, 2017.
As of October 27, 2017, the Office of Indiana State Chemist (OISC) has received 257 total drift complaints for 2017, and 129 of those drift complaints are alleged to involve a Dicamba herbicide.
