This week, Incotec announces the addition of two new members to the North American team. Connor Daily started as Research Specialist at the Oxford, Indiana site in August, and on September 6th Jennifer Ibarra takes the position of Customer Service Team Leader in Salinas, California.

Connor has a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and was a postdoc at Iowa State University. He will be developing new seed treatment coatings and technologies for the North American and global markets for Incotec and parent company Croda.

Jennifer has a lot of experience in the agricultural industry, most recently as Lead Sales Coordinator & Forecast Analyst with Vilmorin North America. In her position with Incotec she will lead the Customer Service department for Incotec North America in both the vegetable and field crops areas.

In 2016, Incotec announced a 4 million USD investment to strengthen seed enhancement operations and support the R&D effort in North America. These investments, with a projected completion date in the first quarter of 2018, will equip the company to deliver innovation to meet the needs of its customers.
